More Than Twenty Years of Care in Woodlands

Cuddly Bear Day Care Centre opened in 2002, family owned and family run, with a clear idea of what good care should feel like. Not an institution, but a warm, steady place where young children feel safe, and where parents can head to work knowing their child is in good hands.

In 2008 we moved into a purpose-built home of our own, designed from the ground up for young children. The years since have brought a Meeting rating against the National Quality Standard, a rebuilt natural outdoor space, and, best of all, a team that has largely stayed put. Some of our educators have been here for more than fifteen years.

What has not changed is the size. We have always kept to 35 places, because staying small is the only way to know every child properly. More than twenty years on, the same values still hold, love and care, safety, and a real sense of belonging for every child who walks through our door.
