Five steps to joining Cuddly Bear
We keep enrolment simple and human, with no long forms before you have met us, no surprise fees, and never any pressure. Here is how a family joins Cuddly Bear Day Care Centre.
How enrolment works
Fees snapshot
Babies and toddlers are $174 per day; Kindies are $169 per day, before Child Care Subsidy. Meals, sunscreen and standard incursions are included.
Fees are paid two weeks in advance by EFT. A one-off $20 stationery fee applies on enrolment. To withdraw your child, please give two weeks’ written notice or pay two weeks’ fees in lieu of notice.

Please bring one piece of fruit, one or two changes of clothes, a jumper, a water bottle, a milk bottle and a sun-smart hat. For babies, pack five or six nappies and formula if needed. Label all belongings clearly.

What days and hours are you open
Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. We are closed on public holidays.

Are you ccs approved
Yes. We are an approved Child Care Subsidy provider. Once your subsidy is set up with Services Australia, your daily fee is reduced automatically.

What is included in fees

How long is the waitlist
It varies by room, and we currently have places available across all three rooms. When you join, we will give you a realistic estimate.

What is the minimum booking
We ask for a minimum of two days per week.

When should I keep my child home?
Please keep your child home if they are unwell or showing symptoms such as eye or ear discharge, vomiting, diarrhoea, a rash, swelling, pain, or a temperature over 38°C. Under our centre policy, a doctor’s clearance is required before they return.
